A: Yes, if you have UPVC window frames our system will wash down your frames which includes any UPVC doors!
Q: Will the water fed pole leave any water marks/drips on our windows?
A: If you have had a traditional window cleaner in the past this "may" cause minor spotting for the first few washes, especially if your windows/frames have not been cleaned for a long time, and may also cause some streaks for the first few washes.
Q: Will we need to have a stop tap outside our house so you can use the water to clean our windows?
A: No, we use purified water in the back of our vans. We do not use any of your water, as the water has to go through a purification process before your windows can be cleaned.
Q: Can you wash windows that have wooden window frames?
A: Yes, as long as your window frames are in prime condition. We don’t wash the wooden frames down like we do with UPVC window frames.
Q: We have leaded windows, can you wash our windows?
A: Yes, no problems at all.
Q: Is your brush heavy on our windows and will it cause scratches on the glass?
A: No, the brush is very soft and gentle. Our method of cleaning will not cause any scratches on your windows.
Q: Why should we use the “Pure Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning System”?
A: Using the pure water fed pole system will give greater privacy (no window cleaner looking through your bedroom windows) and will eliminate any damage that may occur by resting ladders on window frames, gutters etc.
