I contacted them at very short notice to ask if they could clean my carpets. It was part of my end of tenancy agreement. They were so polite and conscientious. They arrived on time and finished on time and the whole house looked brilliant. My Landlady complimented us on the condition of the property. So I'm passing on my thanks and compliments to Squeak and Bubbles. Briony Rose, Leeds
Why use Squeak and Bubbles end of tenancy carpet cleaners Leeds?
We clean carpets every day so we know what agents require in your tenancy agreement, and will offer advice and expected results before carrying out any works. We keep up to date with the latest techniques and know how to give you the best results. Friendly, flexible and honest, we are also fully insured and DBS checked.
Your carpet may look clean, but when observing our end of tenancy carpet cleaning process you may be surprised to see the amount of dirt that comes out of them!
Why can't I just use a rented Rug Doctor? Find out why!
Our powerful carpet cleaning machine is not a DIY or hired machine. We invest £1000's in our machines to give you the best results.
A DIY or hired machine will only clean the surface of your carpet. And if you don't know what you are doing, it's VERY easy to over-wet and damage your carpet, leading to stinking and mouldy carpets, or you can even shrink your carpets!
Our carpet cleaning machines clean carpets up to 400 psi, and 60℃ of high heat, which enables us to cut right through dirt. And, with our twin three stage vacuum system your carpets dry faster, and more dirt is lifted out.
Carpets can take from 1 to 4 hours to dry (depending on ventilation and temperature within the property).
We recommend you vacuum your carpets thoroughly before our arrival. The better the vacuum - the better the finish!
Squeak and Bubbles will never guarantee to remove every single stain from your carpet (for example, fibre damage can look like staining), but what we can guarantee is your carpets will be fully deep cleaned!
We also automatically include deodorant and sanitising for free!
We do not use cheap chemicals. We only use professional carpet cleaning products. Our Leeds end of tenancy carpet cleaner can also use eco-friendly products too if required. Our eco-friendly cleaning agent is not harmful to you, your children, or your animals

What to think about when looking for a professional end of tenancy carpet cleaner in Leeds:
A cheap quote does not mean value for money!
Over the years we have seen the effects of poor workmanship. Who you decided to use can end up costing more than you pay initially in the long run.. You don't want to end up replacing carpets when you're moving out!
What machines are used?
Carpets need to dry out as fast as possible once cleaned. Do they hire machines such as a Rug Doctor? Some hired machines throw out too much water, and the suction power is not strong enough to extract the dirty water which can lead to mould, lingering damp smells and - especially with wool, Belgian or Axminster fibres - can cause your carpet to SHRINK!
Squeak and Bubbles use professional cleaning machines that total up to thousands of pounds. They have very powerful vacuums which enable us to clean deeper in to your carpet fibres and result in quicker drying times. Each carpet job is assessed beforehand and the correct machine, tools, and solutions are used to give the best results.
What cleaning solutions are used?
Even the cleaning solution used on your carpet and upholstery matters.
Using the wrong type of cleaning solution can lead to shrinkage and permanent damage to fibres. If not properly used, solutions can create more traffic on your carpets within a short time, and will cost you more money to have them cleaned again or you might be asked to replace them!
Squeak and Bubbles has a wide range of carpet cleaning products to tackle every scenario on a variety of fabrics and carpet fibres such as blood, wool, coffee stains and more. We also strive to use environmentally friendly, pet, children, and even asthma safe solutions.
What insurance is offered?
Does the cleaner have insurance at all? Is it just enough to have basic public liability insurance?
If your carpet or upholstery is damaged, shrinks, or becomes discoloured, basic public liability insurance will NOT cover this!Imagine paying a carpet cleaner £100 to clean all carpets in your home but then having to fork out £1000's to replace carpets that THEY have damaged, because their insurance will not cover it!
Squeak and Bubbles have insurance including £5million public liability which INCLUDES items worked on. So if the worst happened, you would not have to pay out of your own hard earned money.
Is the equipment used in my home safe?
Are machines checked regularly to ensure they are safe to use in your home?
Squeak and Bubbles have had their machines and equipment PAT tested and are regularly maintained. This is a legal requirement!
Who really is your carpet cleaner?
Do you know anything about the person who has entered your home? Do they care about health and safety?
Squeak and Bubbles operatives hold a DBS certificate to assure you that we do not have a criminal record, including convictions relating to children or vulnerable adults. We can safely work around children, vulnerable people, in care homes and more. We take health and safety seriously.
